Okay, so the Penman family has 21 grandchildren on my husband’s side. All are boys except for six girls (this is why I feel extremely blessed to have my little girl). What the Penman girls lack in numbers, they exceed in beauty. Here’s a couple of my 14 year old niece Shelby, isn’t she just striking?!! I’ll share more of my favs later.
Lastly, I have to add this pic from our urban location. I love it!!
I had so much fun with my nieces doing this shoot. Aren’t they just so gorgeous! The younger of the two sisters, is only 13 years old. Can you believe that? My favorite part is when my niece asked some dude who drove up on his Harley if she could take a pic on his bike for her boyfriend who races motorcyles.

Geez! Could Cade and his family get any more beautiful??!! I have a ton more I’d love to post but I’ll restrain myself. Little Cade was the sleepiest 3 week old that I’ve shot. Usually by this age, they are not so compliant. This little guy never woke up. Sigh … If only all newborns were this easy to shoot.
I had the privilege of shooting these beautiful children at a workshop that I attended a couple weeks ago. I loved the urban setting! I had a greater privilege of rubbing shoulders with some very amazing photographers.
I’ve had many people ask “I saw on your site that you are moving to Austin. When are you moving?” The answer is we are hoping to move by the end of the summer. I have a couple openings here and there in July and August.
The next 2 weeks is the Penman Family Reunion which involves 19 grandchildren, 11 aunts and uncles, and 2 very proud grandparents. So if I don’t respond immediately to emails and phone calls that is why.
